All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.
April 2024 Eclipse may be charged up to three times the peak rate.

Fandango is a cozy cottage like home with plenty to offer. The spacious open concept kitchen and living area has ample seating for your vacation group. Sunbathing to stargazing… there is something for everyone to enjoy. And of course, do not forget the beautiful crystal clear waters of the FRIO RIVER. There is seating at the table and at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is supplied with all basic kitchen needs. There is a large food pantry available for your use. BBQ tools are also provided. Full size washer and dryer are in the hallway near bedroom 3. A refrigerator (with icemaker), stove, dishwasher, & microwave complete your kitchen necessities.

Picnic tables and additional seating are on the covered back porch and sun deck. Juke Box, Pool Table, Hot Tub, horseshoe pit (please bring your own horseshoes), and children’s playground are a few of the outdoor amenities. Also for your use is a hammock, washer cups (bring your own washers), corn hole boards. The outdoor pool cabana is a wonderful extension for your enjoyment. The single-story home allows for easy access and the paved parking area would allow 5 to six vehicles. And of course, do not forget the beautiful crystal-clear waters of the FRIO RIVER. In Concan, most of our homes are a 5 minute car drive to the river for PUBLIC ACCESS.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Note- Your safety matters. Please make note of any or all emergency numbers, as well as our after-hour emergency contact number, 936-537-4555.

LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases for 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 full, 3 twins 1 futon.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAPS: Hand soap, bathing soap, dish washing soap, dishwasher soap, clothes washing soap.
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.

  I have been renting this exact place for the past 3 years. Love it , great place has a little something for all age ranges. everything is just perfect. The only issue was this year was the pool but that was to be expected with the water issues.

  We have gone to a Frio the last time years and plan on continuing the tradition. We loved this house, this year the water was super low so the fact that we could come back to the house and the kids still had so many things to do was so great! They stayed outside almost the entire time we were there and it’s much needed for our kiddos. The houses amenities were shockingly useful. We have decided to make this our annual trip home so we look forward to staying again next year!

  Enjoyed the stay and the house and all it's ammenities. The only real problem was a group in the house across the creek that was playing their music so loud that we couldn't hear our own music. When we called the management company, within 15 minutes they shut them down.

  This was our first trip to the Frio. A group of 13 of us (adults and children) stayed at Fandango. It’s a great location for getting to surrounding activities. Home had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the back patio, swing set, pool and especially the hot tub. Checking in was quick and easy. We will definitely be back for some fun at Fandango!
