Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th $225
(3 night Minimum)
Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $175

Winter Rate September 16th – February 28th $175

All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.
April 2024 Eclipse may be charged up to three times the peak rate.

If you want to be close to the Frio River with a bonus of seeing a lot of wildlife, then DEER TRAIL is the perfect place for you and your family! You will know you are in the Hill Country the minute you walk into this native stone 2 bedroom + 2 bath home. The open concept and high ceilings give you the space needed for 6 to 8 guests. The outdoor covered car pot is ideal for relaxing and watching the many deer that frequent this property. There is a great side yard equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a BBQ and fire. Deer Trail is just a few blocks away from the 2nd crossing on the Frio River.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper

  Overall, we had a great weekend. Awesome location that was easy to get to all activities. House was well stocked with kitchen goods. Don't forget to purchase linen rental from management company or bring your own. Only negative, was that we were not given linens for the futon. Luckily I had thrown in a sleeping bag.   Deer Trail was a beautiful house. I took four 20 year olds and an infant to our 3 night stay. The house was perfect. Had fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer if you needed it. Very clean house and we ordered the linens which was very helpful so we didn't have to carry all of our towels and sheets from home. Everyone was very professional at Frio River Vacation Rentals. Check in took 3 minutes and we were at our house. Perfectly located on the river road. Will definitely rent from them again!!! Can't wait until next year!!!
