WINE GLASS is the perfect hill country home located in Tierra Linda. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home (1/2 bath located in the cabana) has everything you need to make those great vacation memories in Concan. The open concept for the kitchen and living area has ample seating for your meals and entertaining. The large covered back porch has additional tables and seating for your enjoyment. There is a safety fenced pool adjacent to the covered porch area. The pool area has a great sundeck and sunbathing shelf at the entry of the pool. Conveniently located, the pool cabana has sink, counter space, huge flat screen TV, and half bath to make your outdoor living perfect! There is an outdoor fire pit, yard volleyball, horseshoe pit, tetherball, and a beautiful view of the “hills of Concan”. Don’t forget to turn out the lights at night, the Milky Way is amazing to see! Watching satellites could become your new family tradition at the Frio! Conveniently located, WINE GLASS is minutes from the Concan Country Club/Golf Course and The House Pasture Restaurant/Texas Music venue. Tierra Linda is approximately 5 minutes from the beautiful Frio River…you have your choice of public river access, Kenneth Arthur Crossing or Seven Bluffs. You are about half way between these two crossings. More information can be given to you at check in regarding floats, etc. Garner State Park is approximately 15 minutes from Concan.


To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

  We’ve rented the Wine House for 4 years now and really enjoy the property. During this latest stay (week of July 18), we were a little frustrated with the pool maintenance, as it took several calls before the pool company was out to add chemicals for cloudy water. Due to the drought, all water is being trucked in, which creates issues.
