The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave, pots, pans, and utensils.

What We Provide

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

Daily garbage pickup service

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels

To maintain affordable rental rates, linens and towels are not included. (pillows and bedspreads are provided) Guests must bring their own or rent them for an additional fee. $120 + tax. Please note we require a 3 week notice and is subject to availability.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
