Concan Springs features three charming cabins, each available for individual rental or as a full-property getaway. Whether you’re planning a cozy couple’s weekend or a group adventure, you can rent one, two, or all three cabins to suit your needs.
Enjoy a shared pool, your own designated parking space, fire pits, yard games, and spacious outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s an ideal setup for families or groups who want to stay close but still enjoy their own space and privacy.

Each cabin features its own private horseshoe pit — bring your own horseshoes or borrow a set from the office.
Just imagine the friendly tournament you could host with three separate pits if you rented all three homes!

PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation. (1 Small Dog)

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

WHAT TO BRING
LINENS - Bring linens and pillowcases for 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 full beds, + linens for full size futon.
TOWELS - Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels
CHAIRS - Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS - Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plasticware
SOAPS - Hand soap, bathing soap, dish washing soap, dishwasher soap, and clothes washing soap
BBQ - There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches

  Our Frio cabin property was in a great layout. The neighbors were the best. We all all meshed well so perfectly. The amenities were a perfect suit for our needs. We had a blast cabin. It was very clean, and something that we are were very happy of that. The kitchen was very big so we could all hang out and make dinner every night. Something that we could not resist was the pool behind the Frio shop had two basketball nets. My friends and I stayed there all day. It was an attraction that we couldn’t pass up.

  EVERYTHING from checking in to checking out to answering questions as soon as we got there was a wonderful experience. We plans on staying and hopefully renting out all 3 units out. Only thing we wished it came with was a washing machine and dryer even if it was for all 3 units
