The main house is beautifully decorated and well equipped for guests to enjoy gathering to watch satellite TV in the living room, utilize Wi-Fi, or prepare delicious meals in the fully furnished kitchen. Yet as cozy as the inside is, we're sure you'll be spending the majority of your time outside, as this beautiful property truly offers “room to roam”! It boasts a screen-enclosed outdoor cantina with a kitchen (including a sink, stove, and microwave), bar seating, a game room (including an arcade-style golf game and foosball table), and a restroom. What to Bring:
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases (pillows and bedspreads are provided) (see below
in the miscellaneous section regarding the ability to rent linens)
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dish washing, laundry, and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
