Eastwood Hideout is a beautiful custom home, built in 2023, located in the Concan Country Club. You will have beautiful Hill Country views. A short drive to the river, House Pasture, Hippie Chicks, and Garner State Park. Let this home make the perfect vacation for you and your family. Sleeping 32 in beds, this 5 bedroom, 5 ½ bath will be perfect for the multi-family Frio River vacation. This home allows you and your guests and family to enjoy sitting inside or outside. Rooms are located inside the home as well as outside around the main living area. Enjoy the firepit and make S'mores with family and friends. Eastwood Hideout has plenty of outside seating for you and your family to enjoy, whether you are sitting under the patio or around the pool. An open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area offer a comfortable area for you and your guests to gather and relax. Let Eastwood Hideout be the home that reminds you that cowboys ride at the Frio also! When you are at Eastwood hideout you will have the good times, maybe some bad times and most definitely the ugly, when it is time to leave.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guests the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

    One for the books it was the most beautiful place over looking golf course and hills in back yard more then we expected ! Love it all 💯 would definitely recommend this lovely place with stores with a mile and loaded with everything we needed ! We loved it!!!!
