Rock Creek, is a 6 bedroom with 6.5 bathrooms that will accommodate up to 32 guest. This newly established home is located in the gated community of the Concan Country Club. The home has two master bedrooms, with plenty of space for you and your guest. Indoors you will enjoy the open concept space the home has to offer. All of the indoor bedrooms are spaced out to where you and your guests and family will enjoy the indoors without feeling like you have no wiggle room. Enjoy your time indoors or out, enjoy the homes substantial covered patio. The outdoor area has a great spot for grilling on the outdoor barbeque pit, or sitting around the fire pit and enjoy some smores. Rock Creek has an amazing outdoor covered bar area, where you can enjoy some drinks or just sit around and catch up on memories and create new ones. This home will include your private pool and hot tub so that you can kick off your shoes and unwind on either side of the pool. The kiddos will be able to enjoy the outdoors as much as the adults, with a fun playscape. This home is a perfect getaway for you and your family to unwind and enjoy. Let's just say while you're at here you will not feel like you're stuck between a rock and a hard place.

STAY AND PLAY:
Rock Creek now offers guest Stay and Play through Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club. Guest will receive unlimited golf for 4 people during your stay during October 2023- April 2024. One payment for the house covers your golfing outing. Let us know at time of booking you will be golfing so that we can set up your tee time.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

  The house was perfect for our family vacation. So thankful that each bathroom has showers rather than bathtubs although one bathroom was equipped with a tub allowing us to give a bath to our little ones! the set-up of the house was perfect and the pool was beautiful. We loved that the pool was gated keeping our children safe! They very much enjoyed the playground area and their parents enjoyed the outdoor bar area! The only drawback is the location which is a distance from the river activities and it takes quite some time to drive that far into the golf club housing community which took even longer this year with the addition of the speed bumps!

  Fabulous ! Post COVID our extended family has had many changes even a few new additions. It was so important for us all to reconnect and unplug together. Rock Creek was the perfect place to do so. The house offered gathering spaces to accommodate our four families and offered separate private guest rooms each with our own bath. This was so convenient when little ones needed to rest while adults stayed up late to visit. We enjoyed movie nights poolside, and never had to worry about disturbing others because of pool guest bath accessible from outside. The staff was very attentive and quickly responded when ever we had a question or concern. Highly recommend for perfect getaway together.
