NAVAJO is a unique home that sits high in Canyon Oaks 3, with a beautiful view of the Frio Canyon…sunrise and sunset! The 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home sleeps 22 in beds, has 2 living areas, + game room/bar area upstairs. A covered carport is the perfect place for your own dance slab! Granite countertops are in the kitchen area, TVs in the Master, 2 living rooms downstairs, and in the game room upstairs. The game room is unique and can be used as the 4th bedroom, with 3 twins built in beds. These beds will be a great place to call your own! The specially designed pool is the perfect accent to this beautiful home. Concan has not only the Frio River for tubing and kayaking, but Garner State Park also has dancing and hiking, Frio Valley Ranch for golfing, shopping, eateries, pies, and ice cream treats! The view from the porch overlooks the Concan area, enjoy sunsets and sunrises, you will not want to leave the views this home has to offer. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 2 — sleeps 8 – 2 queen/queen bunks
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 8 – 1 queen/queen bunk: 1 full/full bunk
Game room — sleeps 3 – 3 full

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

  We rented this house for a few days. My mother and siblings met up and had a great vacation. The pool was perfect for relaxing. The patio was great for dancing. The house had more than enough space for the whole family . We were a total of about 20. I think u can fit a few more people and still be comfortable. Over all it was a great experience and will be looking forward to renting it again for our next summer vacation.

The views were incredible and the breeze was constant coming off the side of the mountain. The house had so much room. The kids loved the beds in the walls. The only thing I will say is the mattresses were very uncomfortable. They need upgraded.

  We have chosen the Navajo for many years now and will keep coming back.
  The house is great - Clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family to spread out.
  The best part of this property for us is the outdoor space. Located on the side of a mountain we find there is always a breeze. The pool is lovely and overlooks the canyon. The pool gate is great at keeping little ones out of the pool area. I am trying to think of a downside to this property but it just works too well for our family. Plenty of parking space. Secluded yet easy short drive to Neals, Andys, Seven Bluff etc... We will continue to return as long as possible.
