Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th $475

All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.
April 2024 Eclipse may be charged up to three times the peak rate.

The name fits the home perfectly. You will have the feel of a Colorado mountain lodge but the view of the hills of Concan. The crystal clear waters of the Frio River are just a short distance away. The property includes a covered carport and additional parking for large groups. Coyote Canyon Lodge has a unique split-level floor plan. The spacious covered deck will be on of your favorite places to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. If you want some additional seclusion, the observation deck is a short walk up the hillside. This deck is also the perfect place for stargazing. The sports pool and horseshoe pit are in the front of the rental. The 2nd story deck is a wonderful extension for your entertainment and the perfect overlook for the pool. You are a short distance from the Frio River, Concan Country Club/Golf Course, The House Pasture Restaurant & Texas Music venue. Garner State Park, the most visited state park in Texas, is 15 minutes from Concan.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 3 – sleeps 10 – 1 twin bed (in landing), 1 full/full bunk, 1 twin/twin bunk, 3 twin beds

Hippie Chic's Eatery 10-minute drive from the home
Frio Valley Golf Course is a 15-minute drive from the home.

Photo ID is required at time of check in, please provide current payment method (credit/debit card with your name in it).
If the payment method is under someone else's name, that person must be present at time of check in, with valid ID.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

  It was an amazing time filled with lots of laughs and great people! The house was great! It was beautiful, and spacious, and the perfect size for our group. The only thing we had an issue with was we kept running out of water. I’m sure it wasn’t the houses fault, but that was the only kind of bad thing about the house. I would stay at the house again in future trips, and I would also recommend family and friends to go stay there as well!

  The pool was great and necessary in the heat we are having. The laundry room key didn't work but we got around it. There are a lot of stairs so be aware. There are really only 2 bedrooms upstairs, the third bedroom sleeps 10 with one bathroom. The nice was great everyone loved it. Wifi would have been nice I was okay without it. The overlook is really nice feature but the steps are steep. We would rent this place again for sure.

Only problem I had was that even after calling 5 hours ahead of time the house wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour to get the keys and didn’t let me check out late the day of departure.   This is a nice property. It could use some updates to the beds in the large area but they were clean and comfortable. The dryer heating element had went out and we were unable to dry clothes. Everything else was just as described and we had a blast in the pool.
