Nestled in the large heritage oaks, CABANA PATRON is a beautiful, spacious home with all the amenities you will need to make your Frio vacation a great one! This hill country home has 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, with an additional Casita, located a few steps from the pool and backyard area, giving you and your family a little privacy for the extended family who wants a little bit of peace and quiet. The casita sleeps 6 people, 1 bedroom, 1 walk-in shower, and quaint living room area. The home sleeps up to 24 people. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, and living area greet you as you open the front door. The hallways and every bathroom are very spacious. The bathrooms are also equipped with handicap handles to grip, which will give safety to those older family members that want to join in the Frio fun! Outside you will have a large, covered patio and additional patio seating. There are tables and chair and a picnic table. Extend those wonderful Frio family meals outside to this great outdoor space. The large cabana is in addition to the patio seating. A great extension for enjoying the great outdoors at the Frio River! Currently there are horseshoe pits at the rental.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We do not provide:

    Our only issue was some of the plumbing fixtures were not in good order. Some general repair was needed. Otherwise, it was very clean, comfortable and well stocked and fit our family well.

    Amazing! House was perfect size, property great location, pool was a life saver since there was no water in the river. Deer watching was bonus! The entire place flows all together. Volleyball and horseshoes was a blast! I have stayed at several other places but this by far was the best. Would highly recommend it for a large get together. The only thing I have to say I would change would be there is no mop or broom and with little ones you always have a mess. Went through a lot of paper towels :)
