Multiple outdoor seating areas—including the front porch, back porch, and cabana—offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

This Concan TX vacation home is ideally located just minutes from the crystal-clear Frio River, 15 minutes from Garner State Park, and close to House Pasture Cattle Company and Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course—making it perfect for tubing trips, live music weekends, golf getaways, and family vacations.

Inside, you’ll find high ceilings, a spacious island kitchen with extra seating, a bar area, and comfortable open living spaces designed for group gatherings. Covered porches extend the living area outdoors, while the BBQ pit, fire pit, and horseshoe throwing area create unforgettable Hill Country evenings.

Linens & Towels Policy
To help keep rental rates affordable, linens and towels are not provided. Guests are required to bring their own or rent linens and towels for an additional fee with advance notice. If linens and towels are rented, sheet and towel sets will be placed at the end of each bed prior to arrival. Linen availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please submit your request at least three weeks prior to arrival.
Linen Rental Pricing
King, Queen, & Full beds: $24 + tax per bed (includes two towel sets)
Twin beds: $12 + tax per bed (includes one towel set)
(towel set includes wash cloth, hand towel & bath towel)

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

  My family has the best time! This was my first time renting/reserving a house on my own and the management made it so easy for me. They were so easy to talk to and communicate with. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. This isn’t my family’s first rodeo when it comes to visiting the Frio, so we were aware of all the extra things we would need. The pool was perfect. The AC was cold and worked like a gem! The rooms had plenty of room for everyone! We will definitely be returning next summer and plan on renting the same house!

  We love AK Corral and will definitely stay here again but were still dissatisfied with a few items. The stove was still broken as it was last year (one eye not working) and the pool and grounds had not been properly picked up after the last guests had left many items strewn about. Other than that, it's an amazing house and location and the management is very helpful and interested in knowing how to make things better. Look forward to our next trip to the AKC!!!

Only thing that bothered me was the 2 bedroom room didn't have a closet or dresser, also we where expecting a pull out couch and there was only 2 recliners that was a bummer for the person who was expecting a pull out bed. Other then that I would most definitely stay here again.

  We loved the location of the AK Corral. The back porch was an amazing experience with all the deer that visited daily. The front was full of fun in the pool and the outdoor pavilion where we gathered for meals and played washers and cornhole. Plenty of space and beds for your large group. There was plenty of table space for us to sit and enjoy dinners/breakfast at the same time. The only improvement I would suggest is a pantry for the kitchen. When you can sleep 20 people, it would be nice to have places to put food away that many people. It would not deter me from staying here again though. I was very happy with our stay and this neighborhood is my favorite in Concan! You cannot see the houses next to you so it provides a lot of privacy. With water levels low, the pool provided a nice break from the heat.

  The house that we stayed at was very nice, we loved the location, when we arrived the pool didn't look that clean & the lights in the pool weren't working, we notified the property owner and he came right out to fix the lights & add cleaner to the pool that same day we arrived.
